Salads are great! They are nutritious and taste great. But we all should try many different kinds of salads and dressings to make it fun and appealing. If you love peanut butter, you will love this simple easy Thai salad.
For the dressing I have a store bought bottle to make your life easy. You can get Sky valley organic thai peanut sauce from Walmart or you can get it in Amazon. Thinly shredded Cabbage – 2 cups
Millet -1/2 cup
Carrot shredded -1 cup
Spring onion – 4 sprigs
Cilantro – 1/2 cup
Sliced green apple -1
Lemon – 1
Apple cider vinegar -2 tsp
Sky valley organic peanut sauce – 3-4 tbsp
Add Millet to one cup boiling water . Cover, simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Add juice of one lemon and apple cider vinegar to the millet.
Mix the shredded cabbage, carrot, cilantro, green onions and apples. Pour in sauce, toss and combine everything including cooked millet.
